No, all orders must be placed online and will be shipped to you.

 

What is your return policy?

 

items can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus the shipping cost. Please note that all returns need to be pre-approved with a RMA number. Do not return any items unless a RMA is assigned.

All of our orders are inspected by the logistics center; the item must be returned in original condition and not have been used to be accepted as a return. We do not refund shipping charges.


How do I return my items?

To complete your return, we require an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number, please send us a request along with the invoice number found on your receipt of purchase.

How is my refund processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
